Garden State on Your Plate: Lunchtime Chef's Tasting

Chef Chris Albrecht from Eno Terra will prepare recipes for tastings for the students, parent volunteers and faculty. Kale will be the featured vegetable. This lunchroom tasting is an extension of last year’s “Garden State on Your Plate” program, a farm-to-school pilot program, funded by a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The program was designed to feed the students’ needs for fresh food and to begin to link for them the food they eat to the Garden State and to the larger world.
