GSOYP 2014: Mushrooms and cheese

The second of four Garden State on Your Plate farm-to-school events for all four elementary schools was mushrooms and cheese, with Chef Terry Strong and Julia Wong (Johnson Park Elementary alum) of Terra Momo Restaurant Group and featuring produce and products from Shibumi Farms, Valley Shepherd Creamery (and here) and Phillips Mushroom Farm.

Nutri-Serve Food Management, the PPS food service provider, jumped in to assist with a handout for children to take home to parents.
