PYA: Josh Thomsen makes Egg Salad

Children participating in the YMCA-Princeton Young Achievers after-school enrichment program were treated to a communal egg salad-making session with Josh Thomsen, executive chef of Agricola, a restaurant in downtown Princeton.

A laying hen from Great Road Farm is petted by children from the YMCA-Princeton Young Achievers’ Program at Littlebrook Elementary School.

They also had the chance to stroke the feathers of a live chicken from Great Road Farm, in Princeton.
