Cranberry Sauce

This is a lower-sugar and slightly spicy adaptation of Pomptonian’s holiday condiment

Ingredients

  • 2¼ cups cranberries
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons peeled and diced fresh ginger
  • ¼ cup sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Simmer until cranberries pop and sauce is slightly thickened.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve
