This is a lower-sugar and slightly spicy adaptation of Pomptonian’s holiday condiment

Ingredients
- 2¼ cups cranberries
- ¾ cup orange juice
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons peeled and diced fresh ginger
- ¼ cup sugar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Simmer until cranberries pop and sauce is slightly thickened.
- Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve
