- Sweet Potato
- Olive Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Directions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut sweet potatoes into desired shapes: Cubes, wedges, or French-fry style.
- Drizzle with oil and toss to distribute.
- Scatter on baking sheet; salt to taste.
- Roast, turning every 10 minutes or so, until potatoes begin to crisp and caramelize.
